At Boy Mode, we believe that our clothes should make you feel absolutely fabulous. For a lot of us, that starts with how our clothes fit. So if it doesn’t fit the way you thought it would, you have a total of 10 calendar days to change your mind. Online shopping can be stressful and we want you to have the best shopping experience.
If you decide to return your purchase, make sure to let us know and send it back before the 10 day period, sadly after 10 days it will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags attached.
To initiate a return, send us a message at email@example.com to let us know. Please include your original order number, as well as specifying which item/s you are returning. Once your email request has been submitted, pack your item in any suitable packaging to get it back safely, we will not be covering any return fees caused.
When we have received the item and inspected it, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved your refund for your item/s will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. This process can take a few days, so please sit tight!
We only replace items if they are deemed faulty. If you wish to make an exchange (ie. change size/colour), simply follow the returns process and then start a fresh order for your new item. Goods are deemed faulty if they are received damaged or improperly manufactured. Items damaged as a result of regular wear and tear or improper laundering are not considered faulty. Goods deemed faulty are eligible for exchange of the exact product style and size that was originally ordered. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible, so we can make it right.
